“In order to understand the world, one has to turn away from it on occasion."
― Albert Camus
The most meaningful shifts that I have had in my life redesigns (I've had many...or just one long one with lots of steps) is when I gave myself the time, space and energy to pause and really take stock in where I was at, and where I needed and wanted to go. And one great way for me to do that has been through retreats. I have done retreats that have been art focused, life bending focused, interfaith oriented, and then many that have just been about connection with those that are most important to me. Time well spent with friends.
The topic is not as important as the action of retreating. Giving yourself a day to a week to step away from the everyday responsibilities and only worry about you. Giving yourself quiet moments, opportunities for connection, and enough stimulation that makes you want to stay in the moment.
I bring this experience to you.
This alleviates you needing to comb the interwebs to find a retreat that is aligned with your schedule, budget, interests, and allows you to connect to a group of people that you want to spend time with!
I tailor retreat experiences for groups of 5-20 on your schedule, to your budget and compile all of the content you need to spark your interests, push you just past your comfort zone, and give you all the time you need to reconnect with those you share the retreat with and most importantly—yourself.
Your retreat could include meditation, Reiki, yoga, painting, zentangling, art journaling, weaving, collage, vision boards, watercolor, cooking, journaling, silence, no silence, juggling—seriously, whatever you want!
You collect your tribe, you pick the date, you find the space...I do all the work.
Tailored to your budget, schedule and interests.
