"A good coach can change a game. A great coach can change a life." --John Wooden
What's the role of the coach on your favorite sports team?
Each sport is a bit different, and for that sake, a bit puzzling. (Is it just me that is confused as to why a baseball coach is called a manager, and why are they dressed like they are about to play? But I digress.) Regardless if it's curling or gymnastics the tenets are the same. The coach lights a fire in their players. They give them the guidance they need to build their skills. And they make sure they show up and do the work.
That's what I do.
I have relocated cross country without knowing a soul.
I left my corporate interior design job and started my first business when I was still in my 20s.
I have reinvented myself and my company multiple times over.
And I have successfully lost 160+ pounds "the old fashioned" way.
I utilize the knowledge that I have compiled from all of these experiences and the tips, tricks and hacks that I used along the way to now help you!
I have created my own Life by Design methodology that will take you through the entire design process of your life with interactive exercises, journal prompts, and meditations. These exercises are then coupled with either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly calls to provide you with on-going feedback, motivation and most important...accountability.
We all have the best intentions. We know we need to make a change. Heck sometimes we even know exactly what needs to be changed, but life gets in the way. We tend to take care of everyone else before ourselves. I'm here to remind you that you need to carve out the time, space and energy for you and the life that you want to live. I am NOT going to let you drop the ball and even better yet, I don't use a whistle!
